Having a coach/an accountability person to check up and make sure I was going through the program was great. This helped me stay focused on the program. The community of students and coaches online and the knowledge they offer made this worthwhile to join the program. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get into the business of fixing and flipping houses.

Im a first timer in this business and yes i was nervous about it. The way Jake has it broke down is awesome. He has videos that not only describes all scenerios he also physically works them out with real time numbers explaining all the if, ands, & buts! It is a very informational program. Am i nervous about my first flip, of coarse i am but with this training and the Lord Jesus driving me it will be done. Also my Coach Sam has been very helpful with answering questions. I would like for the coaching call to be just a little bit longer but thats probably bc im a 1st timer. Ive got this and Thank You Jake, Coach Sam, and all at The flip Secrets crew.

I recently joined the community at Flip Secrets a real estate investment course that not only exceeded my expectations but also left me feeling empowered and inspired. This community-driven course stands out for its holistic approach to real estate education, focusing on empowering communities and fostering a supportive environment for all entrepreneurs. The course has effectively removed barriers and provided community-driven incentives, making real estate investment and development more accessible to a broader audience including newbies. By demystifying the process and offering practical tools and resources, the course empowers individuals to take control of their financial future and contribute positively to their communities. The supportive daily trainings, one-on-one mentorships, immediate feedback guidance from mentors and members/students on our collaborative forum on Discord has been invaluable. The platform allows for real-time interaction with instructors and fellow students, fostering a sense of camaraderie and collaboration. The exchange of ideas and experiences in this forum has enriched my learning experience and provided me with a network of like-minded individuals passionate about making a difference in the world of real estate. This course is a game-changer for ME and anyone looking to make a meaningful impact in the real estate industry while empowering communities. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking to expand their knowledge and skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Extremely IMPRESSED! The content was very organized and straight to the point. He did a great job teaching and was very easy to follow. In my 3+ years of learning real estate, I can finally say I feel comfortable underwriting because Jake broke it down in a way that I never seen before.

Master class is great but the real advantage is having somebody that has done this many times before explaining everything and making sure you do things the right way so you can be as productive as possible.

So far this program has delivered. All the information is at your fingertips. It's so much info and easy to navigate on their platforms that you will always find an answer. Everyone is so encouraging, from Jake's training modules, to your coach, and even current students it's simply a recipe to win!

Weekly coaching calls with Eduard are motivating and gives valuable information to keep pushing through fear of failure.

After several months of trying to learn investing on my own, I just knew I wasn't getting the whole picture. There are many people trying to sell their packages, but it was Jake's no-nonsense approach to the business that felt right to me. I have not been disappointed at all. There is a huge family here to welcome you and help you learn the business. It is definitely worth the investment!
