Flip SecretsReviews of theflipsecrets.com

Someone like me who’s was not born in the USA never thought that it would be possible to even get started in this REI business because of my unprofessional English and communication, all I ever wanted was to bring financial freedom in my family and the only thing that I would enjoy the most is real estate but I was lost and stuck until I found out about FLIP SECRETS it’s a great program with wonderful lovely couches and mentors, its a huge family where everyone is raising one another to reach their potential goals. So it’s never too late to get started, with Flip Secrets you can reach at the top of that mountain that you’ve always dreamed to reach.

I learned so much! The support system is huge and the amount of knowledge you receive is unmatched . I was scared at first and still a little scared but with the leadership provided from first Bruce and now my mentor Eduard I and more confident in my self and this program . Take the chance on yourself they will provide with all you need

I have had all the help that I could need in getting my business of the ground. Communication has been the best part of my experience so far!

The "Flipping Secrets" information we received was very detailed but it could also be some what overwhelming to newbies in realestate; however the manner in which the material was presented in short digestible modules with a daily/weekly pacing guide to keep you on track in your flipping journey. In addition, Jake gives clear easy to follow step by step examples all along the way while using basic common everyday expressions making the concepts simple enough to understand and apply. The programs fully explains exactly how anyone can make money doing real estate transactions using proven techniques and other peoples money! Not to mention the weekly coaching and accountability calls with our mentor "Sam" We are already putting the information learned into practice and anticipate making our first offer on a potential flip within the coming weeks.

Great knowledge. Would have never known.

The video are very easy to follow, Jake is a great teacher/mentor. You have to take notes because the knowledge he’s drop is endless. My interaction with my accountability coach is priceless. Sam is the best, always encouraging you to do your best, making sure you understand and your getting the most out of the material. I’ve wasted money on other mentorship, so I was a little apprehensive but once I started the lessons, I knew i made the right decision. I would recommend this mentorship to anyone that wants to get into real estate, whether you’re a wholesaler or fix and flip. This program will definitely make you better. Thank you Jake, Sam and the whole team.

Flip secret it helping me to understand about wholesaling and flipping houses is helping me to understand the ARV and how to be my self and what do I mean by that it’s giving me the courage to talk to motivate sellers who sell a property is helping me to analyze the property to to know what to look for it help me to learn how to negotiate and put numbers together better putting numbers together and the reason why I say that is because if I see a deal it might not be a good deal and I might have to pass on it or I can a deal and make it better

This is a great program. Jake has style and patience for teaching his students. The coaches and support of the Flip Family are outstanding. No matter what your level of experience and skill you have entering into the program, you will find value. I will be referring my family and friends into the Flip Secrets program.
