I knew about Jakes program on IG and as soon as I start viewing he's videos I knew I was going for it, and I did! I'm so happy to make this decision, is the best I ever did, right know I finish the masterclass and I feel scared but excited at the same time and very happy to start this new journey in my life. Then, the enrollment agent schedules an onboarding call with the member's accountability coach. The accountability coaches reach out to all of their members very frequently, even more if they don't hear back or if the member misses a call. However, it is certainly possible that there was a technical error or a login is malfunctioning for you. My wife and I came across Jake’s page back in 2020, on instagram rt after the pandemic hit the world. We were looking for an outlet, something on the side to make extra money, definitely not a get rich fast type of thing. Ever since I can remember as a kid I wanted to do real estate. More like a realtor but just didn’t know exactly where to start. The years passed and that was something still in the back of my head. Well fast forward to 2020, found Jake, we liked his content so much that we saw every single video he posted on instagram and on youtube. We followed him for 3 months before deciding to buy into the program. we finally decided to pull the trigger on the mentorship!! And we started our journey. Let me tell you guys that this program offers information from A-Z and in between. Steps by step literally guiding you thru videos. Any questions we had we would ask him or the flip family group, wether on instagram or his private group, which has grown tremendously in the past 5 years. Anything and anything related to real estate or relating to flipping wether being lenders, realtors title companies or general contractors or leads or websites it’s all there in the program. We finished the videos in like 2 months in our own pace. We bought it in March 2020 and finish the program the end of May. By September we had our first property under contract with partners from the mentorship and we found out they were close to our city in Los Angeles as well ! Small world they joined in June I believe. We got the house under contract and made connections with contractors , realtors and lenders. Once we got the home ready we sold it and made a profit!! We then rolled over our money to more flips. But it’s been a journey for sure there are some tough situations were you must be able to pivot and move forward!! You will succeed if you keep pushing but for those that think that this comes easy it’s not! It’s not hard but you have to put in the work! Put the reps over and over! And you will see that there is opportunities out there in the fix and flip game. We have flipped a total of 6 flips and we have a project going rt now, one under contract as well so we’re still in it, there are some that move faster and some slower, some have multiple flips some have one flip going , but the key is to stay persistent. It’s been a great experience thus far we have a great team AKA flip family members. I would definitely recommend this for people who want to learn fix and flips. It’s not for everyone and anyone. But the information is priceless! The best thing is once you buy into the program you are grandfather in! You will keep the program for life!!

Hello, about me, other than my own home, I have zero investing experience in real estate. I have been searching for a coach or mentor in real estate for over a year. Jake is easy to listen to, as well as understand. His program is detailed, he shows us how to find leads and he uses his own leads and experience to explain the ins and outs of how he works a deal. All his documents are downloadable. I especially have relied on my 1 on 1 coach Julia. Julia is dependable and intelligent, with tons of resources at the ready. I look forward to discussing my progression and asking many questions each week. There are daily mentor calls with many members available for newbies and anyone needing support. Overall, I am very focused and glad to be part of the flip secrets family.

The flip secret programs a great program my coach was amazing she walked me through everything that I need to know mentor is awesome they made it so simple and easy to understand and to follow step by step I'm glad that I did this was worth the investment and now I know what to do to flip houses

I have never be able to access any classes they are no help! I explained I’m not following at all when the person that was suppose to help me was having trouble even walking me through what to do like she was confused as well. I never get any communication till 3 days before the payment is coming out the bank and that’s all they say is collecting payment. I’ve asked since I have never looked at one class and can not access your classes can we cancel the course they said flat out NO. So this tells me this is a scam and these reviews are also a scam! I’m sure there are more people going through what I’m going through. I tried to post a review on another site and it kept giving me an error message. I’m not even asking for the monies they already took from me I’m just asking to get out of the contract. I don’t get it!

Hi Ryan, I dug into our customer service records for this case because this synopsis you gave definitely does not sound like our team! However, we are human, and so on the rare times we hear there has been a less-than-satisfactory experience, we do a full audit to see how we can improve :) Our records confirm that you initially had issues receiving our emails. Spam filters, unfortunately, do filter us out sometimes based on your personal email settings and carrier, but we got you help quickly, and you found the emails (yay!). We were able to help you get into all the materials successfully (yay!). We can see login records and have confirmation directly from you that you were able to access everything. Here is the timeline our records support: May 9th - you enrolled in our program (yay!) and booked your onboarding call at a time convenient for you May 11th You had your scheduled onboarding call with your coach. Also, on May 11th, we sent you all of the information for accessing the masterclass and community, hopping on your weekly coaching calls, and participating in the daily mentor calls. On the onboarding call, your coach reminded you to check spam for emails and also to save her number so you can text her for help anytime. On May 13th, your coach emailed you four of our most useful resources to help you get started. May 14th Your coach emailed a reminder to book your week 1 call, complete with a link to the calendar and instructions on how to reach out for help in between those calls with her. May 15th, your coach reached out again. May 17th—Your coach contacted you again with instructions and encouragement to get into our community. You responded to this email asking who to contact for help. Your coach responded with help, and you went back and forth a couple of times. She ended up texting you with instructions since email was being tricky, and you replied thanking her. On May 22nd, May 26th, May 29th, June 5th, June 11th, June 12th, and June 13th, we attempted multiple times to contact you again to hop on a call for coaching and support. The only time you reached out to us this entire time was on June 13th, when you emailed asking to break your agreement with us because you still struggled to access the materials. We responded promptly with how to proceed and notified your coach to reach out again to help. That same day, your coach reached out and guided you through finding our emails. You replied that you were able to search for them and that you could see them all (yay!). You booked a call for June 15th and attended the call, during which your coach took extra time to ensure you were set up in the masterclass and community and well prepared to participate. Since that day, you have not booked another call, reached out for help, or replied to any further emails—outside of this review, of course. It is quite a shock to see this review here when we have been incredibly proactive in reaching out to guide and help you with little response from you so far. As you can see, our program provides an incredible amount of custom support and human touch to each and every member. But we can only do so much when you do not reply. We would love to work to get you the success you came here to achieve. Please respond to any of the emails, texts, or calls we have sent, or simply write in to [email protected] and we can help you pick back up where you left off right away. While this review certainly got our attention, the best way to get support is through one of our many member communication channels. Thanks for the continued opportunity to serve you.

The program was very organized and easy to learn from. If you out your head down and follow the program, you will be successful. By having mentors that regularly check in on you, you have accountability and can have any question asked. I loved that the program was self paced and that there were outside resources for communicating with other investors who have had similar experiences.
