My husband and I are new real estate investors who purchased Jake's course about 2 and a half months ago - we are about a month away from listing our first deal (we went in 50/50 with partners) and just went under contract (yesterday!!) on another property! (And are continually searching for more DEALS!) We took about 5 months thinking, praying and saving for this program. We spoke to a representative at least 5 times before taking the plunge. (Afterall, we found it by clicking on a google Ad, so it took some convincing for us to believe this was legit). Almost every day, we talk about how happy we are to have joined the flip family. With Flip secrets you get so much more than good teaching. You get a weekly coaching call for the first 6 weeks (shoutout to JULIA!); constant online support from members in the program answering questions 24/7, a massive network of investors, realtors, contractors, wholesalers, etc. AND mentorship calls. These calls have been life saving for us. You literally jump on a call, bring your property and all your questions and Sam will help you navigate the pros and cons and which avenue is best for moving forward. Sam is so patient, kind and is very supportive in this process. Sam really takes the time to understand your situation, answer your questions and point you to helpful resources. After going a quarter of the way through the Flip Secrets program, in one of our first conversations with a real estate agent, we were told that we were very organized and that we must be super experienced (we didn't correct him ;). We had yet to even make our first offer! We were simply well educated through Jake's videos - it sounded like we knew what we were talking about even though we were BRAND NEW to the business. We are so hopeful of reaching our dream of becoming financially free because of this program and we are so grateful for what Jake and his team have created. If you are serious about investing in real estate, this program will provide you with the tools you need to be successful AND the community to make you feel safe and welcomed. I say DO IT :)

I believe investing in yourself is very imperative. Flipping secret makes you hold yourself accountable for your own destiny. I really enjoy Jake’s process from the modules, the weekly mentor calls and group zooms. I reached another level of confidence in myself these last past 6 weeks. This is one of the best groups I’ve been apart of from the beginning of my real estate journey. I can’t forget about my mentor Eduard he has been very helpful and resourceful with all my investor questions. I really appreciate him these past 6 weeks!!!

Since joining, the general mentorship has been truly outstanding. If you are truly serious about getting into real estate investing, then Flip Secrets Program is definitely the best out there! The most important thing about this is the community that you can leverage, you will never be short on resources and money as long as you are willing to put in the work. It's not a get rich quick scheme, real estate requires networking, putting in reps and following a process that works! I have always preferred copying what other people's are doing if I know it gives them results! It saves you time of trial and error and get you to your goal faster!

Flip Secrets is an excellent combination of learning material at your own pace and then also being able to interact regularly with people who have been successful with Jake’s program and are available daily to provide support and guidance. Everyone has been so down to earth, easy to access and talk to, and encouraging in promoting success among the group. You can participate as much or as little as you would like. I am well prepared and have avoided large, costly mistakes with the information I learned in this class. There is a group available several times a week for “newbies” and Sam is so generous with her time and sharing her knowledge and experience. It is well worth the money to be part of this community and I am confident I will have long term success because of it!

Been in RE for a good amount of time and honestly doing well. However, when I decided to join the program, it boosted my business 10X. In just 30 days, I put in my pipeline the same amount it took me to do in 2 years. Its incredible what the networking and open line of communication has done for my business! Def worth it!!!!!
