The best part about this program is how direct and accessible all the information is. From the very get go You learn only what you need to and what matters. Furthermore, the discord community is a gold mind in itself. Within the community, you can connect with not only new investors but experienced investors, and potential partners. I was able to implement the strategies learned in the program and make offers within the first couple of weeks.

The training is thorough and saved me months of learning things the hard way. I was able to close a deal within weeks because I knew the process better and skipped all the learning curves. Access to forms, networking and coaching helped me stay focused, confident and positive through difficult times as well as giving me a structure to keep me on track. I really felt like I knew what I was talking about and what I needed from my networks which was helpful in weeding out dead spots in my circles of influence.

As a Real Estate Agent and investor I am very impressed with the program, from Jake’s thorough and informative video series, 6-week personal coaching (this did not disappoint!), and on-going community support private discord group. This is verifiably a proven system if you follow it. With consistency and persistence, no doubt will pay off.

This community is awesome I love it

Well the people seem to be so genuine. I like the staff. They give you good information and for those think that things going to drop in your lap. You have to put the work in and if you follow the instructions it will work out. Don't give up Ps I haven't done a flip yet but it's coming!!!!

Great encouragement. He was very informative and adhered to my learning style.

I would definitely recommend this program to people who really want to flip properties. It lays out the blueprint from beginning to end.

The MasterClass Video Series was very helpful and got me back up to speed on investing from the 90s up until 2008. Also, the almost daily Newbie Zoom calls with Sam Jones were invaluable. Sam has Jobe's patience when dealing with all of us newbies, and she keeps a smile on her face the entire time.
