Flip SecretsReviews of theflipsecrets.com

Flip Secrets is Incredible!! They provide the knowledge, the tools & templates, the coaching, the network, and the motivation for everyone to succeed. I had no experience in the real estate arena at all. In less than a month, I have five flip deals ready to close and start rehabbing! You can do it too!

Coming into this program I thought I had a good grasp on the business until I joined flip secrets. I love the set up, organization, and structure. The first half of the masterclass alone set me on the right path. It helped change my limited beliefs by going over the numbers which visually showed me how I can complete multiple projects while buying back time with truly no money into the deals.

The information that’s provided is well worth it and very easy to understand. Breaking it down step by step. My company is doing good.

The granular level of training and support really broke it down into basic terms. Took the guess work out and addressed the "what if's". Coupled with the open discussions and multi-events per day is a great platform to answer any question that comes up along the way in training. This Company and the format and design of the training program removes all of your initial fears! Any support needed is right at your fingertips. No excuses now to make it happen!

Overall process of delivering the information was outlined in a smart and effective way. The videos are packed with lots of information as well as the pertinent documents needed for quick understanding. In addition to all that the assistance and support of my flip secrets family is Legendary. Have my first property under contract within 2 weeks of starting the program. You must be realistic, as this program requires dedication and hardwork. It has increased my confidence in aspects not related to real estate investing and that is the part that I am really thankful for.

The program is very informative. The information they give is game changing. I have enjoyed the journey and learning a lot of new things.

My experience is so I've being learning on flipping house since first day in. Great coaching people especially Eduard B. and getting close to get my 1st deal and recommend this training to anybody doesn't matter age or preference on work you might have this program will catapult you on real estate business and keep enjoying your family at the same time.

I had to change my mindset first. I feel empowered to do the work. I was assigned an accountability coach, and I have coaching calls to join throughout the day. Granted there is a lot of information to decipher and it can be daunting but the experience is worthwhile. The teaching is clear, and the resources for me to succeed are within the community and available whenever I ask. I would recommend it to anyone who will make the sacrifice and is willing to be challenged to succeed in real estate.
