Satisfied customer
I had booked a “too good to be true” ticket, so when I got a call we would have to change flights- Samuel was diligent to meet my needs and counter offer another flight. I had asked him to call me back and he was on time and answered all my questions. I would use Samuel again for my booking needs.

Great Service
Samuel was very professional and he listened to our requested for the exact departure and arrival times. He was able to get us the times we wanted as well as a good price for our airline tickets.

Samuel doing what he does best for the client
Samuel, was responsive and timely to our travel needs. He was honest and forthcoming about what was available to us as 4 Seniors traveling to Miami for a cruise.

This is a scam company be aware of it
This is a scam company be aware of it! They are not protected by ATOL or IATA and they don’t want to give their licensing number either when asked. If you are a legit company then please share your licensing number in reply and I will remove my post. Thanks This review is for theflightweb.co.uk which is registered with a UK address. I repeatedly asked for the license number to ensure my money would be safe once I purchased the tickets, but I wasn't given the details raising suspicion and was constantly told to pay first for the tickets.
