I highly recommend Abhishek at Flights Boss.He went above and beyond to help me find the best travel options. He was very patient, answered all of my questions, and made sure my booking was handled smoothly. Thank you, Abhishek and the Flight Boss team, for the excellent customer service

I travelled from Dallas to CJB on June 12th via Air France n faced delays, cancellation, overnight stay at an unknown place, moved to a different carrier and by the time I reached home, I was exhausted. Yashika was in touch with me throughout n is still staying in touch as my baggage has not reached me. Theflightsboss is lucky to have people like her in their team

Excellent service by Yashika.

My wife wanted to get the tickets booked for her inlaws, so she reached to the team of the flightsboss based on a social media adveristisement she saw. Like others, even we were apprehensive about the outcome as there are a large number of spam teams working. So finding out a good service was the best thing we could avail. The entire process was seamless. Ardi Farhana, Yashika Lama and the team were patient enough to understand our queries and help us navigate through the entire process. Even though we were skeptical initially, but we had a really great experience in the end. The team makes sure we are made comfortable first and all our requests are taken care of in the best possible way. The entire process was quick and we recived the tickets along with our preferences. We are really happy with the efforts put by the team and will definitely reach out to them again for our future plans. Thanks

I have been using this travel agency for a while now, and I have been happy with my choice. What sets them apart is not just their competitive rates and seamless booking process — it's the exceptional support they provide throughout the entire journey. I worked with Yashika, and she was outstanding. She was incredibly patient with my constant date changes and different itinerary and route requests, never making me feel like a burden. She puts in the time and effort to find the best deal and truly makes things work for you. On my last trip, when one of my connecting flights got delayed, they proactively monitored the situation and kept me informed every step of the way. That kind of attentiveness is rare and truly invaluable when you're traveling. Their prompt responses and commitment to customer satisfaction give me complete peace of mind every time I travel. I will absolutely go back to them for my future travels and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a travel agency that genuinely cares!
