I refered them a customer who booked 2 tickets with them and for that they promised me a referral bonus amount but after that they stopped responding. I messaged them multiple times for like a month with no success. Not trustworthy people.

I had a terrible experience booking a ticket through Flight Boss recently. I purchased a ticket for my mother from Toronto to Delhi. She does not have a last name, and as a professional ticketing agency, Flight Boss should have known how to enter her name correctly when booking the flight . Instead, they entered “Mrs.” as her first name and used her given name as the last name, instead of entering FNU (First Name Unknown) as the first name and her given name as the last name. This incorrect entry caused major issues—my mother was denied boarding by Indigo in Mumbai, and the airport staff told her the name must be corrected. As a result, she missed her flight and had to wait at the airport for an additional 12 hours. On top of this, Flight Boss provided misleading information just to make the sale. We had a specific budget, and they suggested an itinerary from Toronto to London, London to Mumbai, and then Mumbai to Delhi. We clearly told the agent that we would only book this if my mother did not have to collect her bags in Mumbai, as she was traveling alone and had only a 3.5-hour layover with immigration. The agent assured us that baggage would be checked through, so we went ahead with the booking. At Toronto airport, the Virgin Atlantic agent informed us of the incorrect name. After repeated requests, they corrected the name in their system, but the change was never reflected in Indigo’s system for the Mumbai–Delhi flight. My elderly mother was left alone with no assistance in Mumbai, in tears, unable to board, and forced to stay at the airport for 12 hours. She eventually had to purchase a new ticket for ₹17,000 and pay an additional ₹18,300 for her bags, since her international baggage allowance was not valid on the domestic flight. Another Flight Boss agent tried to contact Virgin Atlantic and Indigo to resolve the issue, but nothing worked. When we asked Flight Boss to take responsibility for entering my mother’s name incorrectly—which caused all of this—the agent responded by saying they didn’t take money from our pocket and that we chose the flight because of our limited budget. This was extremely shocking and unprofessional. I will never book with Flight Boss again, and I strongly urge others to do their due diligence before booking with them. They are inexperienced, provide false information to make sales, and show no empathy or accountability once the tickets are sold.

Should rate 0 star. I can't believe I trusted them with ticket booking for my mother. First they booked the ticket under wrong name. 2nd they lied about luggage collection in between the flight halts. Lastly when I contacted them for all the issues we went through instead of helping their response was " we didn't take money by putting our hands in your pocket. In this whole scenario the person who was in touch and booked our ticket didn't take our calls. Highly unprofessional and can't trust this Indian origin company. We had to wait at the airport for 12 hours and buy a new ticket for 35000 INR from our pocket which nobody is reimbursing.

we booked our flight through flight boss for air canada on the return flight same day it got cancelled because of air canada strike. We ask them to find us another flight they were giving us flight after 4 days because of that we were loosing our bus. So we looked for another flight by ourself . Now when we asking for refund as we are fully eligible for it because airline cancelled the flight the flight boss agency said that we are not eligible for it then they said they going check with air canada for refund we waited for 8 weeks then again they said they didn’t get anything back from airline we had speak with their higher manager named shekhar he was very rude disrespectful was not even listening to us finAlly when they got refund from air canada flight boss said we have to pay them $500 + first then they going to refund us back the air canada refund + the $500+ they we going pay .so we let them know that there is no such kind of refund that we ever and whats the guarantee that we going to get it back then the person name shekhar said that they not going to give our money do whatever we can do talk direct To air canada and get your refund . As we can’t do that because we booked it through travel agency. So please do not book your flight with flight boss they are fraud and they not going to help you guys in any way. We had really bad experience with all of their agents.
