The customer service was exceptional
The customer service was exceptional. We were in a difficult situation as my sister had to travel urgently to India due to a family bereavement. Despite a flight cancellation at Newark and numerous calls from our end, the team remained incredibly patient and supportive. They promptly found and booked a suitable alternative, ensuring everything was handled smoothly
