This is a rather new company which does not seem to yet have good business practices. They have a very shady business model with their monthly charge fees. They charge you a monthly fee and if you try to cancel the day of when the next billing cycle is supposed to start and then immediately ask for a refund within 24 hours, they refused to accommodate. They do not give you any notice that your next billing period is coming and all they offer you is to use that charge towards another month. They have a very small selection and often times when you need an item it is not available. I also could not believe how long shipping took for their items. It took almost a week for me to get my items and by that time I was already out of town and could not use the clothes. I sent them back immediately but they don’t even let you swap until they have received the clothes which takes even more time. I would never recommend this company it is a scam and a waste of money.

If I could give a zero I would. Clothes take forever to be delivered. I canceled my membership three months ago and they are still charging me despite countless emails. Total scam! Avoid them at all costs. They are following the steps of companies like fabletics and will eventually be sued for their faulty and fraudulent practices.
