My cousin told me about FashionPass and I'm so glad she did! It's been the perfect way to rent high quality clothes/ accessories without spending tons of $$. I love that they offer attire for fancy events (weddings etc) as well as day to day options! I would HIGHLY recommend becoming a fashionpass member!

I love this service! I’ve gotten in the bad habit of buying clothes and only wearing them once or twice so I looked for a clothing subscription service. I tried Rent the Runway first, but the clothes weren’t really my style. I love the FashionPass brands, shipping is fast, and now I get to “shop” 3 times a month, without feeling extremely wasteful. Sustainable fashion for the win!

I love FashionPass so much. I get excited every week picking out new items and accessories for the weekend. It's so fun trying out different pieces of clothing. I love fashionpass. I have been using their service since 2019 when they became my staple during wedding season. Now I use them for everything including work clothes, comfy quarantine favorites, and for vacations. I recommend them constantly and my favorite part is their very reasonable pricing options. They also make it super easy to pause it for a month if you need a break, and their customer service is super responsive. I live in the bay area and I get my orders WAY quicker than the expected time it says on the website which is great too. Usually get my items Thursday, use them for the weekend, then ship them back Monday and order new items Tuesday!

Fashion Pass has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Anytime there is an issue with an item they are quick to offer a replacement, credit for an extra item next time, expedited shipping etc. I know whenever I chat them I can get my issues resolved quickly. I also hate wearing the same outfit twice (especially if I took photos in said outfit). Fashion Pass has allowed me to never repeat an outfit and I spend far less more per year on this subscription instead of buying new outfits all the time and having them sit in my closet. I am frequently recommending Fashion Pass to my friends, co-workers and others.

Reasonable plan options and tiers. Trendy items geared toward younger adult consumers. What makes Fashion Pass really stand out (esp among their competitors) is their exceptional customer service. It's an added bonus to be able to support a growing start-up.

FashionPass is the absolute best!! I love being able to have new outfits each week (even if it's just a new workout outfit or something comfy to wear while being home during quarantine). Their customer service is also incredible. Love them!
