I’ve been using fashion pass for a few years now and absolutely love it. The brand options are amazing and gives me the opportunity to wear so many things that i am so excited to wear but don’t think it’s practical to buy. The company is accommodating, kind and helpful. The team responds so fast if you ever need to contact them and are so sweet and lovely. When you place an order they are on it so fast and get it sent out super quick! And it arrives to your home with quick shipment. Makes it so easy to rent out multiple hauls each month so you can really get your moneys worth! This is not a usual thing obviously but thought it was worth noting just to show the ethics of the company and just how well they treat customers; i left some cash in the pocket of a dress i returned and instantly figured it’d be gone forever. Just in case i reached out and explained the situation to the company and a gal got back to me immediately saying they would look into it right away for me as soon as they were back in office on Monday. I didn’t need to follow up at all, first thing on Monday she got back to me saying they found the cash and refunded the amount to my card so i could get the money back immediately. The gal was so sweet and understanding too. It just meant the world that she cared enough to resolve the problem so quickly for me. I’ve legit never had an issue with the company and they’ve actually gone out of their way to make sure I’ve had a great experience with all my items and especially in this situation that i didn’t lose the money and got it back asap. I HIGHLY recommend anyone using this to rent clothes! I’ve gotten to wear so many cute things i never would’ve gotten my hands on if not for them! 10/10!!! <3

So responsive and you can just tell you’re talking to real people just like you who share a passion for fashion. Amanda helped me resolve a return issue and was so understanding and kind in answering my questions and discussing my case. Could not give more praise to her, she was such a sweetheart and I honestly felt like I was texting my girlfriend, so amazing, keep it up Amanda!!

I absolutely love Fashion Pass. I love the convenience of being able to pick out my own items instead of them being picked out for me like some companies do. They are so incredibly fast when you return your items to pick out new items. Literally less than 24 hour turn around which allows for more items sooner and more opportunities to get another package. Shipping is quick and the items come so neatly laundered and packaged. This was a Mother's Day gift for me from hubby and has significantly boosted my confidence. Love this organization and the high quality clothing items!

Love this company and concept. It’s great to swap my clothes weekly to have fun things to wear on vacation, weekends, brunch, church, the works. The brands are top notch, and people’s reviews are helpful when between sizes. I have referred several friends!

Fashion Pass is so amazing! I have saved so much money this year renting clothes for events instead of buying them. Even when I don't have events I love just renting an outfit for the weekend. Returns are SUPER easy and I usually have my next package of clothes within a few days. I've gotten all my friends on Fashion Pass - just love it!
