I have been a customer of Fashion Pass for many years now and they always help me out if there's an issue with my order and resolve it right away!! Recently worked with Christina at customer support and she was extremely kind and helpful with resolving my problem! I will be a long time customer of theirs!!

I had a small issue with one of my items in my order and I reached out to customer service and was given Jade to help out with my situation she went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out. I truly have never had a customer service experience like this. You can tell Fashion Pass and all of their employees take pride in what they’re doing. With that being said I have recommended them to every friend and family member and will NEVER be cancelling my membership.

I would recommend Fashion Pass to anyone who loves clothes but doesn’t want to constantly rewear outfits, or anyone who has events coming up where they’ll only need an outfit once! I started using Fashion Pass a few years ago in college for game days and sorority events, and I’ve loved it ever since. They have so many cute options, and I can almost always find my size! I also want to give a huge shoutout to their customer service team. I recently had a package get delayed in transit (which was not Fashion Pass’s fault and was due to USPS), and their customer service team went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. They let me rent additional clothing items and even gave me Fashion Pass cash toward my next purchase/billing cycle. I was so impressed with how they handled the situation!

Christina was so much help with sorting out a mistake I made while ordering. Very grateful for all the patience and help! 5/5 for customer service!

I’ve been a FashionPass member for several months now and have genuinely loved it! Getting a new package and having new clothes to wear gives me an excuse to get out and do something fun, and it’s honestly been such a positive addition to my life during a really busy season. On top of that, their customer service has been wonderful. Every interaction I’ve had has been kind, responsive, and accommodating.
