I am new to FP and still learning the system. I received 2 dresses, one fit like a glove and the other didn’t. I reached out to customer service; I wanted to ensure I could reorder the dress I liked if I swapped the items, but it wasn’t available in my size. Amanda helped me out with my order at no extra cost in such a quick, sweet, efficient manner. I have had a great experience with FP so far and Amanda is the reason. Keep up the fantastic customer service. It’s so appreciated.

The fashionpass customer service team is always sooo helpful! I had a question about my order and Hannah from the customer service team got back to me right away. She went above and beyond to help me! They completely put their customer's first and it's just the most wonderful experience!

I love FashionPass! At the stage in my life I’m in, weddings and bachelorette parties are happening all the time. FashionPass has been the best thing to find outfits for these events. It’s cost effective, and their rentals are all so cute and great quality. I have never had any issues with the items I receive, the shipping is so quick, and the returning of items is effortless.
