Lexi was fantastic in aiding my ticket #650777 she was so responsive and eager to help! my order was returned to sender at no fault of fashion pass. purely the mistake of the US Postal Service. However, due to lexi‘s diligence and appetite for an above and beyond client experience, she was able to get a new order for me in the mail the next day with expedited shipping at no cost to me. this was an amazing customer experience, especially since fashion pass was not at fault. Lexi‘s customer service is the reason I will continue my membership. In addition to the fabulous selection fashion pass offers.

FashionPass is one of the best things to happen to me in 2024 (the year I started my subscription). With FashionPass, you get double the monthly rentals of some of the other services. I am constantly getting compliments on my outfits. It’s especially great to have when you have a big event coming up. Additionally, their customer service is top notch!! I’ve had a couple of minor issues and everything is always resolved quickly and with kindness! They go above and beyond! Couldn’t recommend this company enough.
