I placed a large order of candles and my better mind told me to order 1 and try it first. I think your candles are beautiful and shipping was excellent because I received my order on time based off guidelines via your website. But the candles don't stay lit very long at all.And per your website it shouldn't be lit more than so many hours but it doesn't last for even a couple of hours also they don't have a strong smell like I thought they would you can barely smell anything.

Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like you may have had an issue with tunneling which happens with all candles and can cause candle to go our prematurely. Please see additional care instructions on our Instagram page @thefantasycandle
