Robert Keenan:
More people have come forward to point at your for scamming them. You have done with with the several Indian men and women based in Pakistan with revealing IP addresses and their exact location. Asian woman who called herself: Andreaan Stan.
You all wil be apprehended very soon. Using the internet to defraud people, hosting a website that is a fraud channel for your crimes and setting up another organization to cover up your tracks will not save you.
Your end is new.

Google Search:
The The Empire Publishers operating out of Sugar Land, Texas, is heavily accused of being a predatory vanity press and scam operation rather than facing standard corporate trouble.
Key Details & Allegations
• Inability to Verify Location: Writers and investigators visiting their listed Sugar Land address have found no physical office or listing for the company in those large commercial buildings.
• False Claims: Industry watchdogs like Writer Beware noted that while the company claims on its website to have been established in 2011, public domain registry data shows their web domain was only registered in 2023.
• High-Pressure Sales: Authors report being aggressively upsold on expensive, ineffective "marketing packages" that yield little to no genuine distribution or return on investment.
• Fraud Warnings: While the company posts its own warnings regarding impersonation and publishing fraud on The Empire Publishers Publishing Fraud Alert, independent consumer complaints and reports to law enforcement characterize the entity itself as deceptive.
If you or someone you know has been affected by this company, would you like information on how to file a consumer complaint with the FTC or Texas Attorney General, or advice on how to spot legitimate independent publishers?

I am writing this review because I… changing policy equals terrible customer service
I am writing this review because I believe authors deserve to know exactly what they are paying for before entering into a publishing agreement with EMPIRE. I personally have published three books with Empire first two went down without a hitch the third one nightmare
I originally published two books with Francesca, and I had a very positive experience. Communication was good, the process went smoothly, and I felt like I was being treated as a client. Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly when Steven became involved.
Based on my experience with my most recent book, my advice to authors is simple: Do your research before paying a publishing company, and understand exactly what they are doing for you.
If the primary service being provided is uploading your book to IngramSpark, authors should seriously consider whether they need to pay a publishing company to do that for them. You can create an IngramSpark account yourself, upload your book from your own computer, and work directly with the platform.
I also experienced significant communication problems. I requested telephone communication because I wanted to clarify important issues regarding my books and the services I had paid for. Instead, I was told that the company would no longer communicate with clients by phone.
In my opinion, that is extremely disappointing customer service. Sometimes a complicated issue can be resolved in a five-minute telephone conversation, while trying to resolve the same issue through repeated messages can turn into days of frustration.
I even ultimately had to place a stop payment while trying to obtain clarification about the services being provided. In my opinion, that situation could potentially have been avoided through a simple telephone conversation.
What was particularly frustrating was that when I continued requesting a phone conversation, the answer remained NO, and I received written responses that felt more like standardized or AI-generated responses than an effort to actually communicate with me as a client.
My experience became even more concerning when I was told that my books would be distributed through more than 50 platforms.
I am now questioning exactly what service I received and what was actually done on my behalf. My understanding is that my books were uploaded to IngramSpark, which has its own distribution network.
That raises an important question for any author considering a publishing company:
Is the publisher actually submitting your book separately to more than 50 platforms, or are they uploading your book to IngramSpark and relying on IngramSpark’s distribution network?

This is a dishonest company
This is a dishonest company. They lie about clientele they've helped, trying to make it look like they've collaborated with top-selling authors. They set up a phone call interview for me with one of these top-selling authors, claiming he worked with them. When I asked for a video interview they refused. I personally reached out to that author through his website and he let me know he's never heard of The Empire Publishers. Beware of their false claims.

Thank you for sharing your concerns about author interaction. We understand your desire to connect directly. At The Empire Publishers, we partner with a talented pool of writers, including both budding authors and established, well-known authors. We recognize that even acclaimed authors can face time constraints, and sometimes they choose to collaborate with experienced writers to streamline the publishing process. We maintain strict NDAs with all our collaborators to protect client confidentiality. This ensures authors feel comfortable sharing their ideas and vision without compromising on privacy. Unless an author specifically approves disclosing their involvement, we cannot provide references to avoid unauthorized contact. Authors who choose to collaborate often prefer to keep these partnerships confidential. Our experienced team is more than happy to collaborate on a book that reflects your unique voice and vision, drawing on the expertise of our industry experts. We'd be happy to discuss this further and answer any questions you have about our publishing process. Please feel free to contact us directly at (844) 636-4576 or drop a line at [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you.
