Here to give 5 stars to Dr. Z’s Functional Medicine Academy! I’m a family nurse practitioner and owner of Astra Health and Wellness, and I was looking for a way to practically apply the functional medicine skills I had already gained through other programs. After hearing great feedback from a colleague, I decided to check out Dr. Z’s program—and I’m so glad I did! I’ll admit, I was a bit hesitant at first since I wasn’t sure what to expect learning from a chiropractor. But Dr. Z quickly proved to be an incredible wealth of knowledge. Her deep understanding of functional medicine, paired with her sharp business expertise, truly sets her apart. It really opened my eyes to how much value different professions bring to patient care. Thank you, Dr. Z! One of the things I appreciate most about Dr. Z's program is the support from her staff and their commitment to helping practitioners succeed. Dr. Z continually adds value to the program with robust, CME-eligible content, practical resources, and a supportive structure. The one-on-one support with Dr. Z’s team has been a game-changer—you can plug in daily to get answers to challenges you might be facing, which has been so helpful for me. Plus, her experience running her own clinic is invaluable—she shares clinical tools and strategies that have helped me fine-tune everything from patient flow to visit structure. Joining the Functional Medicine Academy has been one of the best decisions I've made for my business and personal development. As a self-made herbalist and traditional naturopath, I had some resistance in the beginning with some of the new things I was learning- I was fighting internally with myself about the changes and getting in my way. It was after the mastermind retreat for me. I realized, yes, I have experience and longevity in my business, but I was not making the impact I knew I could for my clients and myself. There wasn't much growth in my business or reward for me with the practices I formerly used. Longevity is great but not if you're just getting by. I was missing so many opportunities to make greater impact with the clients I serve and make a healthy living for myself. I knew I needed to make a change. Well, let me tell you, FMA is the truth, the light and the way. Since FMA I have developed an amazing signature system that works! I love being able to offer my clients something tangible that gets them from feeling like crap to living their best life and make a better living for myself. I plan to stick around the Dr. Z for at least the next 2 years as I move into millionaire status and that's on God!!!

Dr. Z and her team make every effort to ensure clinicians are supported and motivated to continue creating and moving our business forward! There are never ending resources at our fingertips and always someone available to answer a question, expel doubt and instill motivation! I am so glad Dr.Z's FMA was recommended to me as I feel it has allowed me to have a sense of where to start with my Functional Medicine practice and have no doubt it will continue to guide me every step of the way!

I love Functional Medicine but didn't know how or where to start. In a short 9 months, I went from nothing to 1. build & start a business 2. Making my first 20K, while owning another business + raising 4 young children. Other people do it in 4 months. This is an amazing, well-rounded program that covers everything from clinical to build and how to grow your FM business. If you struggle, just join Dr. Z program & trust the process.

I've been with FMA since January 2024 and have had a great experience. The education is very comprehensive and I have been able to use it all to create a complete functional/integrative medical practice. Along with business support this is a very comprehensive program that provides anything one would need to be successful.

The Dr Z program is truly packed with knowledge and there’s a lot of support available and I just love the integrity of the leadership and staff. You truly are getting an incredible value here, and if you are on the fence I recommend going for it. There is a lot of information and can be intimidating but if you work with your coaches you can do it!
