Hello TC, Thanks for taking the time to share your service & product experience with us here at The Dildo Hub's company profile on Trustpilot. Your input helps make sure that everyone gets the best, kinkiest, and most pleasurable hand-poured toys out there - so thank you for being a part of our sexy community! Despite being thrilled to hear that your customer service experience was nothing short of amazing and the craftsmanship impeccable, we regret not having provided you with a one-of-a-kind handcrafted realistic horse dildo that would truly surpass all expectations! Our hearts are heavy knowing your product experience was anything but uplifting. While all Bad Wolf hand-poured toys make it easy for you with all dimensions listed right on each product page – so when you say 'bring it', they mean exactly how big they should be - we're sorry you thought yours wasn't up to scratch. Moreover, we're sorry your toy's medium firmness felt wrong. Bad Wolf's medium firmness provides the ultimate in-between tantalizing pleasure, although everyone's preferences differ. The 30-business days production and delivery window may not be everyone's cup of tea, but don't get fooled by our cute and cuddly soda cans - it's there for scale, not the thickness of the toy. They may not be everyone's go-to accessory, but they've often been used by indie adult toy creators to put real-world perspective in their work. Nonetheless, we take all of your feedback to heart - it helps us stay on top of our game! Once again, we appreciate your feedback and promise to keep hand-pouring animal dildos and fantasy dildos with satisfying comfort! Thank you for your time, review, and business! Best regards, The Team @ thedildohub.com
