Hey there, We're truly sorry to hear that you're upset with the shipping times of your order. We totally understand that in this fast-paced world, waiting for a package can be frustrating. As much as we'd love to offer 2-day shipping, it's a tall order for us smaller American business folks. We currently work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac and typically offer a 3 to 5-business day delivery window on our ready-made, in-stock pleasure toys. However, sometimes delays happen that are out of our hands once the package leaves our facilities. We're always hustling and bustling, day in and day out, striving to streamline this process and make it as slick as a hound's tooth for folks across the fifty states. We totally get it if you need to find a service that fits better with your schedule. Just remember we're here working to give you quality products at affordable prices, with the best service we can. Could you please drop us a line at [email protected] with your order number? This will help us look into your specific situation and hopefully prevent it from happening again. Thanks for your feedback - it's how we keep improving. Best regards, The Team @ thedildohub.com

Greetings Say, Wow! Your service review hit us like a Fourth of July fireworks display - full of excitement and leaving us starry-eyed! 🎆 Thank you for taking the time to share your fantastic experience with The Dildo Hub and our community - it's as refreshing as a dip in the Pacific on a hot summer's day! We're over the moon (and back again!) to hear that you appreciated our James Bond-level discretion, our pretty-as-a-picture packaging, and our smooth-as-a-calm-lake ordering process. We're all about ensuring a trip with us feels like a joy ride on Route 66! 🛣️ While we're all for fashionably late entrances at a party, we're sorry one of your items took the scenic route to you. Thanks for your understanding - you're as cool as a cucumber in a bowl of hot sauce! Hearing that you took a leap of faith with the "new pleasure kid on the block" and ended up having a blast is music to our ears - like the sweet tunes of a Nashville honky-tonk! 🎶 And the grand finale? Knowing that the Mrs is as happy as a clam at high tide with her new silicone buddies – the dragon, the fantasy, and the tentacle dildos. That's like hitting a home run in the bottom of the ninth! 🐉⚾🐙 Thanks a billion, Say, for your fantastic review. We're as happy as a kid with a key to the candy store and can't wait to welcome you back for more fun and games. Until then, keep exploring the pleasure landscape from sea to shining sea with your new friends! Best regards, The Team @ thedildohub.com
