I had no idea what to expect, but once the boxes arrived at our store we were all blown away by how amazing these were. I will be doing a whole lot of business with them. Easy to work with, helped the whole way through. Thank you tons!

The process to get the product was by far the worse experience of my professional career. First off, I get a "customer service expert" that hardly speaks english and has a very hard time understanding my very plain english when talking about rudimentary graphic issues. Second, my labels I provided were 95% complete and the "customer service expert" decided to rearrange my labels and tried to talk me out of my registered trademark...? Then once we complete this whole process, it took 2 weeks from a 95% complete product from my designer, it took 2 more weeks to print and deliver 300 labels when I specifically said I needed them within the week because they wasted two weeks of my time. Labels look good, packaged in third world cardboard and plastic, but good product. Will never use them again, stay away, find an American business for your printing.

Nicholas, you received boxes on 10th working day after the approval, our standard shipping time is 8 to 10 business days. On 6th of December you approved the order and you received it on 21st December. We have attached the screenshots on your review on Facebook, you can check it here: https://www.facebook.com/nicholas.vandeburgh/posts/10214929941096293

Created and fine tuned my packaging needs in a timely and professional manner. Anticipated my needs to ensure I would end up with the results I was looking for by suggesting and re-working without pressure on time. Brian was excellent with communicating the progress and guiding through every step of the way. I look forward to working with him in future endeavors since this first experience exceeded my expectations. I would recommend for upstarts and companies still developing their brand.

Brian was of the upmost help to me and my company. He responded to our emails in a timely manner and called to verify certain aspects. The product (display boxes) was good quality and looks just like the template. We are very satisfied with their service and product and we look forward to doing further business with The Custom Packaging.
