My experience start to finish with The Custom Packaging was incredible! As a small business owner, I spent a year hand stamping my boxes for my bakery mixes. This was time consuming and inaccurate. I knew custom imprinted boxes would make my products look incredible, and when I reached out to request a quote I was thrilled to find out how cost effective they would be. (I had received quotes from two other online companies as well) When I calculated my time savings, I definitely come out ahead and have a stellar new professional look to my products. Steve was incredibly helpful and patient as we worked with his design team to create the best layout. I was worried printing and shipping to Wisconsin would take a long time especially during the holiday season, but I had my boxes in my hands in a week! I was at first super excited to receive my custom Chinese take out boxes. I had excellent service from Sean - he was professional and responded quickly. The prices were very reasonable. The order arrived even faster than expected. The boxes looked great on first inspection. I realized a few drawbacks though: - They are extremely time consuming to assemble. Not a problem if you just have a few dozen, but I ordered 3,000, and it took well over a week to finish them. - The adhesives are not strong enough. The boxes started coming apart within a few minutes. - I was assured that 12pt card stock would be sturdy enough to hold my noodles with sauce. Unfortunately, that was not the case for some of the boxes. The sauce did not drip through, but it seeped in enough that the bottom of the boxes had dark stains. Overall, these are good if you plan on stuffing them right away with dry products, but if you want to use them over time for something wet, they might not be the best choice.

Made 100 custom display boxes for my products. Brian Tyler was super helpful and guided me through the process. I compared to 2 other companies and The Custom Packaging had the best price. I received items less than 2 weeks after confirming my design. My boxes quality came out exactly as I hoped. I would recommend and use them next time!

Working with Brian Tyler was great! They answered all of my questions and got back to me at a timely manner. I love the final product of custom designed header cards! The only complaint I had was the shipping company, DHS which was not related "The Custom Packaging". I sent in the complaint to Brian, my person of contact at "The Custom Packaging" and they actually called me to tell me that my complaint was sent to their manager and told me that this issue won't happen again. They told the time to call me which was really appreciated!
