We couldn't even eat them
We couldn't even eat them, they tasted so bad. Ended up throwing the other 3 bars away.

Very lackluster boring taste. I regret purchasing eight bars without trying one first. Will not order again.

Worst tasting chocolate I ever ate. I hated I wasted my money on it.

Hey, thanks so much for the feedback. Really, really heartbreaking that you didn't like the chocolate. Please feel free to disregard, but it would mean the world to us if you would shoot us an email at [email protected]. We are continuously eager to learn more about customers who don't love the chocolate, so we can better understand why and potentially provide products that are more suited for you in the future

Order #248169 confirmed Significantly disappointed in the lackluster extravagant taste I had anticipated. Of the 15 bars I received at minimum three had been melted and re-hardened significantly enough to turn the bars white. The flavoring extracts are so strong that they mix with the cacao to the point that it taste like eating cocoa powder. Will definitely not purchase again and do not recommend.

I was supposed to get 20 bars at $5 each from their add on Facebook. The correct price was indicated in my total until I clicked checkout. Then it took me to Shop website to pay where I was charged double that price and didn't notice until I got the purchase confirmation page. I immediately requested to cancel the order and refund my money or honor the advertisement price. I'm still waiting for an e-mail reply....

Hi Bryan, please accept our sincerest apologies for the checkout error. We have issued a refund to correct the overcharge and bring your order in line with the promotion. We've sent you a detailed email regarding the resolution and are available there if you have any further questions. Thank you for your patience.

The chocolate is good, there is no arguing about that, though clearly overpriced at $10 for 1.8 oz. The company unfortunately didn’t stand to its promotion and customer support promises. Ads leading to believe in in-store credits and customer support emails about reimbursements that weren’t honored. That’s a big downfall.

the bars taste awful...bitter and almost rancid. i spent $70 and could not choke down one hazelnut bar. so i reached out to the company and ... crickets. If you're dying to try these, buy mine. please. take them off my hands...

They claim to be the “best” chocolate from a company that truly cares about health, quality, and transparency. But my experience does not match that. About 9 months ago, I asked them for a COA to verify heavy metals testing in their chocolate. The only COA they had available was already about a year old and did not appear to match the actual batch I was asking about. They told me they were aware of the issue and would have updated COAs soon. Fast forward to now: I received an email from them, so I asked again about the COA. They told me it was on the website. It is not. For a company marketing itself around health and quality, this is disappointing. If heavy metals testing matters to consumers, batch-specific and current COAs should be easy to find, not something customers have to chase for months.
