Hi La La Conjure Team, I am writing this email because I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way my recent orders have been handled. I have spent my hard-earned money with your business, and I should not have to repeatedly deal with missed packages from last 1 year ..shipping have been delayed for over 9 months..trying to follow up with no reply to my mails .. *Even purchases made in March and April till now no information* There are real reasons behind the orders I place, and these products mean something to me beyond simply making a purchase. La La, your products has been nothing short of a blessing to me but from over past year i am really facing lot of hardships in getting my orders . I genuinely value your products, That is why receiving no orders is really painful to me ..and even more no reply to mails or updates ...and no shipping for so many mails is not accepatble I am respectfully asking that you please review ALL of my outstanding orders and correct this situation. I need my orders fulfilled and shipped properly. And if its not possible to ship my orders, I am requesting a FULL REFUND for those orders because beyond a point its not possible to follow up or write mails to no reply by your team I have supported your business as a loyal customer, and I would much rather have this resolved professionally, I need this situation taken seriously. Please review my entire order history, identify what has been shipped, what is still outstanding, and what needs to be shipped or refunded. I expect a clear response and resolution. I am requesting you to please make this right. Thanks
