Order # 1800649503 and # 2041532192. I've ordered the Pasta Carbonara twice now in the last few weeks and both times it was very oily! This dish was marinating in grease! I don't know who the cook is, but for the love of god, use cream or some other ingredients!! This 2nd time, I also ordered a caesar salad and they saturated the salad in so much dressing that the croutons were soggy!! Everything was inedible and a complete waste of $18.50 x 2!!!!!!

Not worth it. I've come to this location on several occasions and once before I was disappointed and this is the SECOND occurance of a bad experience and POOR customer service. I came in to have lunch after shopping. We came in a witnessed a fair skinned hostess with glasses and a ponytail abruptly tell another group of people they needed to move. We proceeded to request seating outside and requested to know how long the wait would be 10- 15 mins. She informed us that we would receive a text message when our table was ready. We went outside to wait to avoid being rudely told to wait elsewhere. After 20 minutes I went inside to inquire how long the wait would be...the hostess failed to make eye contact with me and asked for my name. I told her and she said um just give me a moment...then asked me again and I said my name. She then said OOPPS your table is ready and printed a slip. The other hostess proceeded to seat five other parties before seating us. After the fourth group was seated, I approached her again and asked why other were being seated before us as they aren't any reservations and we've been waiting. She said "we're going go seat you", rolled her eyes and turned to the left away from me. I promptly asked to speak to a manager and she responded sure and then asked me if I wanted to be seated or speak to a manager. I requested BOTH! I waited on the manager who arrived and seems not surprised and no apology was made. I asked him what would be done about her behavior, he said "you're the customer so I want to deal with you first and then I will deal with her". Based on his behavior, I was disappointed to say the least as her attitude is reflected by his leadership. We had Kay as a server and she was very friendly and professional, although we found a blonde hair in our butter. Not her fault as her hair is brown. I won't be returning and neither will my family and friends. I ONLY gave this two Stars based on Kay's service and attentiveness. Congratulations - lost customers because of your management and hostess staff's terrible attitude. If you read this in time. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Plenty of other options nearby that will treat you well as a paying customer should be treated.

Not happy. We had a reservation and arrived a few minutes early. We were told our table was not ready and we had to stand outside until we got a text. Yet parties that did not have a reservation walked right in. I can't believe they force their customers to wait outside in the freezing cold. We are all wearing masks and there is room to keep apart. Won't be going back.

Service was slow. Was there almost 2 hrs. That was after we were seated. Food came out slow and was not good at all. Parmesan crusted herb chicken was very dry. My daughters salmon was bland and also dry and the steak was over cooked. Ordered a second beverage and never got it. Well as we were leaving it came. Waitress forgot to put order in. Didn’t even want to stay any longer for dessert. Just wanted to leave. I always liked the Cheesecake Factory but last night was bad. I may not ever go back. This was at the Cheesecake Factory in the Greene in beaver creek oh

Very disappointed in the Cheesecake Factory at 2900 Wilson Blvd., in Arlington or Rosslyn, VA. I ordered a turkey burger, but later realized it was beef and my key lime cheesecake, that I ordered was not in the bag. Their workers need to focus on getting orders right, as two mistakes were made in one order. Someone can't read, follow directions and/or just don't care. Which is not good.

I have eaten at the Quaker Bridge location for many years. The food was always good. Since COVID19 I have been ordering from there with Doordash. A year ago, the food was good. I usually order the meatloaf. The last two times the meatloaf was burned and there was no mashed potatoes on the plate. I swore my relationship with the restaurant was over. However, today I tried again. The vegetables were scorched and some were actually blackened. They were tasty enough. The smashed potatoes had obviously been smashed before they were done, and about one quarter of the potato was sitting among them like someone had thrown a piece of a partyly baked potato in the smasher. It was raw and very unappealing sitting in the mashed potatoes with gravy. I called the restaurant and was told that the potatoes were supposed to have chunks in it. When I explained that this was more than a quarter hunk of potato, the young woman could not have been less interested. No more Cheesecake Factory meatloaf for me!

First Cheesecake order I placed I cancelled in Door Dash site, and immediately place a different order with Cheesecake Factory, I received text message that first order was cancelled. Both orders were over $80.00, the Dasher delivered the CANCELLED order, I called Cheesecake Factory, a manager was called to the phone, he asked several questions and stated a cancelled order disappears from their screen, CAN'T BE IF THE CANCELLED ORDER WAS STILL PREPARED AND DELIVERED TO ME..... he tried to make it sound like it was my fault..... REMEMBER, I received a text message stating order was cancelled. I hung up on him, and called Door dash.... the food was cold, and not tasty at all

Ordered curbside service Togo for my bf and I. I ordered online and tipped 20%. I received a text my order was ready and went to pick up my food. I texted saying I was here and nobody responded. I sent several text no response, so I called. The hostess was so rude and basically told me to go to the bakery. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the people working at the bakery were nice. I had stale bread in my order and it wasn’t even a full amount. It wasn’t even busy and the host needs to find a new job if she can’t handle customers. Will not go back to this location. I went to the location in Franklin, TN.
