I worked for the Cheesecake Factory for 12 years into 2005 until 2017. Tonight was the first night I ordered the since I left the food was fine it was The DaVinci pasta but the carrot cake used to be so good and this carrot cake was disgusting. One thing about Cheesecake Factory they are always always changing stuff that doesn't need to be changed. They delete off the menu that are very popular here in California. And because I used to work there people ask me about it and now I'm going to give them some real good reviews because of high-priced the food isn't up to par like it used to be and they messed up the desserts as well

The food: there was nothing wrong with the taste, it was delicious and I really love the variety of cheesecake flavors. The price: Tbh the price was very expensive The problem: My 3YR OLD SISTER is allergic to eggs. We decided to get the chicken strips for her. We asked the women behind the counter if it had eggs, she lazily looked at the chart and said that it doesn’t contain eggs. When we got back in the car we googled to see if it had eggs just to make sure. If we didn’t do that my sister would’ve had a allergic reaction

FEBRUARY 16, 2020, visited Cheesecake Factory located in Raleigh, NC. Upon entering the facility, the host did not acknowledge or greet us in any way, shape or form. It was not crowded or busy, as we got there at opening for the day (10 a.m.). As we were seated, we preferred to be seated at another table located directly across from the one we were originally given, same area. The original host stated that we could not sit there because they did not have a server for that area. Again, it was literally across from the 1st table, so did they not have a server for the 1st table as well???? So they moved us across the restaurant as it appeared they had plenty of employees. On top of that, we ordered (2) chicken and waffles and the chicken had no flavor at all, tasted like chicken rolled in flour. The only good thing about this visit was the waiter was EXCELLENT and very apologetic for our experience.

We visited from the uk, asked for a red wine, got I.d which is fare enough. But the refused because it was our driving licence not passport.
