This is my second year choosing The Cheesecake Factory for my birthday dinner. A BIG BIG mistake twice. The food portions are extremely small and the prices are extremely High. The lighten is horrible. I understand trying to set a certain mood but the customers should still be able to read their menu. Every time I’ve eaten there I always have to eat again once I leave there. My meal was $46 and I was still hungry. GAVE THEM TWO TRIES BUT IT WONT BE A THIRD!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I went to take my other half to the restaurant for her 1st time and waited for about, little over, an, hour and 20 minutes. When they had told us it was going to be about a 25 to 30 minute wait. Thankfully we got our table. But as we sat down towards our table, they were packing us in like sardines just so they can make a quick buck. Instead of taking care of their customers. It was so loud and obnoxious in there, that we couldn't even initiate or hold a conversation. I heard the tables (that were next to us) conversation's while sitting there trying not to elbow my neighbor's. And I been in the one and Kansas City, Missouri and it was great. I was very upset, I walked out after getting our table. Prior to leaving to the restaurant we had order our drinks and only 2 out of the 4 arrived. That was the last bit of patience we had left.

Why do you allow for delivery services if you don’t have any interest in outside customers or good enough management to staff adequately for a Saturday night? I order 55 minutes ago. Door Dash arrives now and is told it will be another 45 minutes by your staff. Are you getting your managers from halfway houses. You having delivery services is nothing more than a cash grab. Amateur hour!

Cheesecake Factory Marino del Rey. Although I am a great fan of the restaurant we were left waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes for a table before leaving and going to another restaurant. The hostess was so incompetent she could not figure out how to seat a party of 5! She kept telling us after an initial acceptable 20 minute wait - another 10 minutes. Someone needs to train her on how to do her job!

Beyond Horrible! a 30 minute wait for pre-made piece of cake. You should find something else to do with your time!

Placed an order through there offered 3rd part delivery service, that they choose to use as representation of their company. Waited 2 hours to have my order canceled. Called to ask what they would do about it and waited on hold 3 times a total of an hour They choose to use them as a provider and they failed to provide my order, then told me there was nothing they could do, it wasnt there issue. Said if I reordered he would ensure he would get my order to the driver, i mentioned that there unfortunately is still no gaurentee that it would make it here based off my last two experiences.. kens response, well im not gonna follow him on foot to your address.. great customer service! And will.. the other manager that left me on hold for 45 minutes. Had to call back 3 times to reach a manager.. an hour later., great job. this has been one of the worst customer service expierences ive ever had with a resturant.. customer care is nonexistent

It was my first time eating there and last. The service was horrible and food even worst. I had the steak prove quality of meat and very expensive. Save your money and time.

If you have food allergies be very careful. Rather than trying to accommodate patron they ask you not to come back! They claim to cook food fresh from scratch, but most meals must be semi prepared. If you are going to be daring, ask for a manager to prevent an allergic reaction. Kitchen staff tend to not read orders carefully!
