We came to the Woodbridge location this past Saturday to celebrate my birthday. We got there at 3:30 and were told there was an hour wait, so we went to the bar. Well the wait was way over the hour mark - closer to 1 1/2 hours. But we persevered. When we were seated the server I think was overwhelmed with our large group (9 of us) but he did his best. My daughter told them it was my birthday and they kindly brought out some ice cream with a candle but BEFORE we even got our dinner. We were there for almost 3 hours! Also when I went online to try to make reservations it states you can only make reservations for parties of 6 or less, so for a larger group you just have to come in and wait. That seems backwards for me - large groups can't be accommodated as easily as small ones, so why that ridiculous rule? I have been coming to this venue for my birthday every year since they opened, but no more. This was my last birthday dinner at this restaurant.

We went last night for dinner. 5-26-2022. I ordered a Jamaican shrimp with Jamaican rice, but it was not good at all. the shrimp was overcooked. It was not Jamaican rice, just plain rice, and the black beans were not good either.

A friend and I went to the Tacoma Mall store 2/21/22 for lunch. I had my usual Bistro Shrimp. Always very good & loved it before. This time, there was definitely a SHORTAGE of shrimp, hardly any. But of course, the price was the same $22. Very dissappointed.

The Cheese Cake Factory in Downtown Seattle has delicious cheese cake, some of my and my sister's favorites are the white raspberry truffle and key lime cheese cake, but they are pricey. Some of our favorite meals are Pasta Da Vinci, which is usually good, but sometimes the sauce is watered down or too spicy. The Louisiana Chicken is good, but sometimes it can be too dry. The Pepperoni Flatbread is good, but sometimes it can be a bit burnt, the same goes for The Fresh Basil, Tomato and Cheese Flatbread. The Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken is okay, but the chicken could be better. They usually give you free bread and butter with your order, but although I like the free French bread it is kind of hard. I like the fact that they have a variety of items on their menu, thus it's more likely that you'll find something that you like, which is rarely the case in Seattle. Many restaurants in the Seattle area are for those with a specific/acquired taste. There are more Seafood, Asian, Mediterranean, Indian and Middle Eastern restaurants than there are Americana, Italian and Barbecue restaurants for example. Before Covid19 they could get very busy, especially in the evenings and during tourist season. Nowadays few people eat in, most people order online or pick up their order. They can take a bit longer to prepare your food, I'm not sure why that is, perhaps it's due to the number of online orders they may get, however they worked together with DoorDash before Covid19 and as I said they no longer have lots of people eating in the restaurant. Despite this The Cheese Cake Factory is a good place to go when few options are available.

Cheesecake bland with frozen strawberries and fake whipped cream. Entree sat under heat lamp so pasta was crusty and dry. Really disappointed

I purchased Two pineapple cheesecake last night from perimeter mall in Atlanta Ga. After arriving home open the bag the two pineapple cheesecake was very small. Very disappointed for the money I had payed. Will not continue to buy cheesecake if I will not get my money’s worth.

Cheesecake. What cheesecake? My husband and I went out for a late Valentine's dinner and were pretty aggravated to have to put on a mask to walk to our table. I guess germs are only at the entrance. The food was good as usual and service was good, just slow. Then we got 4 slices of cheesecake. These are about 1/2 the size of usual. Pretty pitiful. This used to be our place to go on a date, but we may just have to change that. Thanks for giving us a mediocre dinner. For $142.00 plus tip.

My food was OK. Service was good, But if I wanted to have dinner with music blaring to the point we couldn't talk or hear the server, I would have went to a dive bar
