The reason I gave Cheese cake factory at Andruel Mills a one was because the manger was terrible he didn’t want to give me my food for the price of the other. They had no steak Diane so I ask could I get another steak in place of the 1 I wanted because they didn’t have what I wanted. This manger told me No. It was no compassion or anything just no. I was inconvenient because you all didn’t have what I wanted I am the customer. Then the food took forever. The manger was not friendly at all.

I went to the Cheesecake Factory on 8/31 at Christiana. The service was horrible and the manager was even worst. We waited for over an hour for our food. Finally, I cancelled the order. The manager apoligized but did not offer any comps and the waiter never apoligized. Will never go there again.

This has to be hands down the worst chain restaurant on the planet. Make a reservation for two in the afternoon, get seated an hour and a half after. Service is non existent, you might see your server twice the two hours waiting for your order. The food is absolutely terrible. There is no quality control. The unsustainably large menu is confusing and unrealistic for kitchen staff to execute correctly. They can't even do a burger well. I gave them 3 chances more than fair. This last time my bill was $93 and change for two people. The whole meal including lack of service was worth $25 at best. Now about their namesake cheese cake. God it's like a wedge of flavored paste. Cheesecake is supposed to be light and airy not the pottery clay they serve. Next time family wants to go I'll offer a meal with homemade Cheesecake at my home and it will not cost me $93 for the eight of them let alone two.

I went to the Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my birthday, I was told it was going to be a 20 minute wait, the hostess was great , they got me a seat in less than 5 minutes. I was told my waiter would be coming, I sat there for 35 minutes and no waiter ever showed up. I have been going to the location in CHEVY CHASE PAVILION RESTAURANT, 5345 Wisconsin Avenue NW. I have never seen this location like this. The worst birthday ever.

My daughter wanted lemonade. They didn’t have any. My daughter ordered mango frozen drink. It was horrible!!!! I asked if her drink could be removed from my dinner Receipt? I Was told only the manager could remove. When she finally came over her attitude was so rude!!!!! She refused to remove from receipt. She snatched the full glass of drink up and walked away after we didn’t want to try another drink. We won’t be returning

Thursday evening... &My family and I went to celebrate my birthday at the Sherman Oaks restaurant. We were a party of 3. We ordered 3 salads, so nothing complicated. We waited over an hour until our salads arrived. One salad was very dry.The second salad had too much dressing on it. We did not want to stay much longer so we packed our salads in to-go boxes. The third salad was cancelled because the wait was too long and we had to leave. We spoke to the waiter and expressed our disappointment with the service. We spoke to one of the managers about the long waiting to get our order. Manager's response was.. 'I'm sorry'. I do not plan on going to this branch again.

7400 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78216North Star Mall Reservation could not be found, waiter was rude and sloped us like pigs and when we tried to talk to him he just walked off. On 15-July-2021 My husband and I went to the Cheesecake Factory at North Star mall in San Antonio, Texas ; before going I made a reservation on yelp but when I got there my reservation was no where to be found. We were told that we needed to wait about 25 mins. 25 mins turned in to an hour but that was ok because my husband bought me a purse during the wait. A hostess sat us at our table at this point EVERYONE was nice and professional. I pushed the wrong button on my phone erasing the online menu so I asked some one passing by for the QR code to scan. Eventually Our waiter came and tossed our menus on the table and said "here are the menus; then he just walked off. My husband and I just looked at each other. Then about a minute later he slid some water and bread on the table like he was slopping pigs he did not say anything and just walked off when my husband was trying to ask him a question. At this point my husband and I just got up form the table and I asked to speak to a manager. Instead of getting the manager one of the hostesses went to go get the waiter. The waiter came and tried to explain his behavior. Eventually the Manager came up we told him the situation and told him that we were just going to leave. He offered us cheesecake my husband refused. We told the manager we saw on the news how waiters and waitresses were complaining about customers being rude and because of that we were going to be extremely nice, patient and give complements for good service and planned to tip $50. The manager begged us to stay but I did not trust our food would be handled in a good way in the back. Waiters and Waitresses please know not all customers are bad provide good customer service do not throw or slide food across the table and say nothing; introduce yourself smile. Even though we are dining out do not throw or slide our food on the table like were are animals. I will be reposting this on every website that I can post this on to warn others

45 min wait only to get an arrogant waiter who must have been under the impression my daughter (on her 24th birthday) & I weren't really worth a whole lot. Despite being seated in between 2 families who he was very gracious and accommodating to, he pretty much ignored, the appetizer we ordered wasn't even on his radar and the mirror behind my daughters head gave me as well as her a full view of him complaining, glaring at us and they disgusted look on his face. Since my daughter REQUESTED to go here for her birthday dinner and I had drove 3 hours to take her I requested another server. The next phase was honestly a way to turn around our experoence. We got fresh bread, not the burnt brown bread Tyler had given us. We got out drinks filled with a smile. My daughter and I were dressed quite casual for a Saturday afternoon and I can only summarize that Tyler thought he was missing out on a better tipper some where. Well his replacements got $25 for her hospitality towards us. I have waited tables and bartended and I would never judge anyone the way that boy did. As we left my daughter who lives in Des Moines asked that we never go back there.
