I tried to make a reservation for 10 so we could take our kids and grandkids to the Cheesecake Factory before a Jurassic World event we got them for Christmas. As it turns out, they don’t want to make reservations for parties greater than 6 as it “takes up too many tables” so we should just show up. That’s okay Cheesecake Factory, Maggianos was glad to make reservations!!

Your name should be changed from Cheesecake Factory to Sugar-cake Factory. It doesn't taste cheese at all. The sugar is predominant. Could you try by reducing 50% sugar and advertising the new product. You will be surprise of the appreciation of your customers.

This review is not about the Cheesecake Factory restaurant this is about the gift cards they sell online. For the last two years we have purchased Cheesecake Factory gift cards as Christmas gifts for several family members. On December 9th, I purchased four $50 gift cards online. Their cash card service states that Cheesecake Factory gift cards will be mailed within two business days. As of 12-20-21 I haven’t received the gift cards or any notice of shipment. I just checked my order and it showed that it was “being processed”. I called and spoke with a representative and they told me that were having problems getting cards from their supplier. This is the mediocre business BS going on everywhere it seems. Companies like Cheesecake Factory must be proactive or will lose customers like me.

Do not order the flatbread. It is just pizza on a board. Also they are seating people too close together.

I have been going to the Cheesecake Factory in Charlotte N,C for a long time now and every time I go iI order the pasta de Vinci . When I got my dish I can see it looked dry and looked like there was no sauce. (Actually tasted like warm water) I was disappointed I heard that they change the recipes every 6 months. Big mistake .. whoever revamped this did the dish a huge injustice. If you go back to the right tasting dish let me know Until then I won’t be back.😔

I’ve been a loyal customer to The Cheesecake Factory for many years. My absolutely favorite dish is the pasta de Vinci. To my horror they revamped the recipe. It is no good at all. Tasteless to be exact! Why in the world you revamp a dish that is widely popular and delicious? It’s not a cheap dish and I didn’t mind spending the money because how good it is … well how good it was. I also love your stuffed mushrooms but they aren’t the same either. You really made a bad choice revamping the de Vinci sauce. I won’t be back nor will I recommend going there as I have for many years. Word of advice .. if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!!! Bring back the original recipe and you will have your loyal customers back!

Went to the Gainesville location and was told to wear a mask to walk to my table in an empty restaurant a few months back…now my friends in NY were arrested in the Queens location Bc they didn’t show injections documents…this restaurant is overrated overpriced and full of calories…I will never give them business again in my life…you don’t discriminate against your customers!!!!! This is not 1933 and we are not in Europe. Here’s the kicker, My wife is German/Austrian. We have seen first hand the despicable way people are being treated across the world.

We were at CF by Walt Whitman mall in Long Island NY. Just 2 of us. It was a weekday and it was not crowded at all, off hours. Ordered coffee, took them 20 min to brew a pot. What? ok, so, i ordered 2 eggs and a toasted english muffin, my Mom ordered a veggie burger. 50 min later, seriously, the eggs came out, the bread was not toasted, it was white, so i asked the waitress to have it toasted, she came back and told me the "chef" said it was toasted but he'd run it through again. Took about 15 more min for the veggie burger, ice cold! We got up to leave in disgust. The manager came over and instead of apologizing, she had the audacity to tell me it was cold because the toppings were cold. Yea? How does that affect the inside of the burger?? What nerve. So we ended up paying $9.50 for 2 coffees. Yes $9.50!! Shouldnt have even done that but we did, and will never return.
