One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Both my wife's and my dishes came out bad not once but twice. Everyone in our party already finished and our meals were still not out correctly. Server was excellent but really poor management. I am not asking for freebies but we were charged and shouldn't have been because of what we went through. One dish came out cold the the second time the dish was not edible. The second dish was over 20.00 and came with only 4 shrimp???? And it came out cold.

For more than 14 years, we use to go to the CFactory, the last time we went at Marina del Rey, the food is excellent, we understand that as a very popular place sometimes you need to have patience, but last week we had a very bad experience. We had a réservation, waiting for one hour until be seated, the server was polite, we got some wrong dishes, they forgot some drinks, the women’s bathroom was indescriptible, very dirty, all the paper towels on the floor, and I don’t want to remember the toilets, impossible to use. Really, after our last visit we are not going back to your restaurants, our day of celebration inviting some friends turn on a nigthmare. Is my first time writing a review, but I use to enjoy so many times your restaurant that I feel a sense of obligation. Thank you Aynie

Horrible place to go if going with family, yesterday we went with a family of 8 members with a 4 months old infant. The manager was so arrogant and rude she didn't allow us to seat at one place rather than decided to keep the tables Vacant. Last visit to cheese cake factory. I don't know how they will afford this attitude being in service and hospitality industry. Food quality also diterotaed. God bless cheese cake factory

Stuff so bad i got food poisoning last week

Really bad service bad food and Manager Alex from Cheesecake Burlington his customer service is like the dishes on top of the dishes! Place empty and nobody cares about you ! My friend and I sat at the bar to have a fast dinner after 20 minutes nobody noticed us! A tall man asked if we want to order something and we did ! They took more than 30 minutes the server never removed our appetizers dishes and the person who was bringing the dishes put the entrees dishes on top of our dishes! Never experience anything like that and the food was terrible I am sorry I couldn’t eat at the same time a manager named Alex came to the rescue 🛟 NO RESCUE 🛟! His customers service is like the dishes on top of the dishes horrible 😤 ! Because the dishes almost felt on my lap and I could get burned! I took pictures of the event! I went to Cheesecake in Florida many times and I had an excellent experience maybe the customer service in general in going down in general! We didn’t eat they charged me $ 18.00 dollars after the horrible experience and Mr. Alex the manager never ask me! How can I make your experience more pleasant?? He never did !

If I could rate the Cheesecake Factory at Hamilton Place Mall a negative 5, I would. I called several days ahead to make reservations for 9 people for my son’s birthday but was told that they will not reserve to sit more than 6 people together. I called the restaurant and asked if we could at least have two tables near each other but was told no way! They sit us separately across the restaurant with 4 at one table and 5 at the other. Even though two booths beside us were open for 30 minutes and a large table of 14 remained unused for an hour. My salmon had to be sent back because raw in the middle, broccoli and green beans undercooked. This is my last visit forever. There was also a party of 30 seated together across the room.

The managers and employees at the 7400 San Pedro location in San Antonio, TX, and corp hq are totally incompetent. They can not even put the correct items in a bag when it is clearly written on the ticket. I can promise you any to go, curbside, or pick up order will be incorrect. The employees at this location absolutely do not care whether your order is correct or not. They just throw whatever is close in a bag and bring it out. The corp hq does not care either. They need a new staff especially excuse making managers. All businesses stink from the top down.

Prices for mediocre food are now officially ridiculous. $4.50 for a Diet Coke? That's not inflation. That's highway robbery.
