Pasta was undercooked and omelette was cold. Cheesecake was amazing as well as the mac and cheese burger.

Had original burger. Medium rare.. chips were almost stale and lukewarm.. burger had been on the bun for a while so the bun base was nearly sticking to the plate and damp.. my wife’s meal was ok though. Didn’t bother complaining because we had things to do and couldn’t be bothered re ordering.

We have always loved the Cheesecake Factory. We went last night and I was BLOWN away how they charge the same amount, if not more, but portions in half. My husband and I usually take a slice of cheesecake home and split ... barely sharable now. Slices are now half the size. I have always loved the Skinnylicious Factory Chopped Salad - they got creative with the bowl size and shape so you cannot tell that was half what it used to be. I am ALL for smaller serving sizes, I don't need them to be huge, but then charge me accordingly!!! I feel scammed.

The food was excellent. I've been to several of your establishments in New York State and I've found each one has a filthy bathroom. I've complained to Manangement but he problem still persist. Maybe I need to alert the Health Department. I'm wondering if your kitchens are dirty.

Food was way better than last time. This location in (Baltimore downtown) its not clean as other location in (Towson mall) super hot inside and it took so long to take my order or even have some water to drink. After ordering, between getting drink, Appetizer and main food it's a very short time. We couldn't finish Appetizerand already had the main food so we had to take most of food to go.

Entrees were fine but overpriced, waitress was severely overloaded, desserts were very disappointing. I had a vanilla bean cheesecake, and expected to taste vanilla. Mostly I tasted sugar-sweet. My husband had the tiramisu cake and that was not great either. Expensive desserts, definitely not a great value.

I did not like having to take the shell off my shrimp. Have never ordered shrimp scampi in any other restaurant that had the shell on it. Had to pick it out of my mouth numerous times and it was embarrassing in front of others.

Two weeks ago, friends and I went to Cheesecake factory and waited an hour before being seated and placing our orders. When the food arrived it had been an hour and a half, so a couple of us decided to take our meal as a carry out. I left a cash tip but was also charged a tip on my credit card receipt. When I contacted the manager I was told my card would not be charged, however, the next day I looked on my account and it was charged. I've called twice again since then and each manager told me the charge would be removed. As of today my credit card is still charged for the tip.
