My wife ordered a cheese cake for a family birthday party. It was to be “ready to serve” and ready for pickup after noon on the scheduled day. When I picked it up at 3:00, my order could not be found initially. When the ticket was located, a cake was brought from the kitchen. The strawberry and blueberry topping and whipped cream were in separate containers and the chocolate sign that was supposed to be decorated with Happy Birthday and the name was missing. it was already cut with paper sticking above the slices. So it almost frozen, not ready to serve and not decorated. Although, when it thawed enough it tasted as great as you would expect, it was a terrible disappointment. A $65.00 disappointment!! It would not prevent me from eating there, but I would never order a cake again, for any reason!

I went to several locations and every location there's always something with a service. Either it is slow or rude. Seems like they have poor employee management.

I had a very bad experience is too dark at diner time l was not able to reed the menu And when l request if they can put up the lights they said NO” l order a herbs salmon but it was burned l got one bite and the l give back they Ofer me and other one, but l said no. And they still try to charge me the plate . I definitely not recommend this place to go.

Cheese Cake Factory of Cherry Hill, NJ has a Manager there by the name of Camisha Wescott, that’s very inexperienced do not know customer service she need to be trained all over again and know how to treat and talk to her customers.

Every time I go to the Cheesecake Factory at Cumberland Mall I go to the pick up counter at the time I have been told my food will be ready. It is Never ready on time regardless of what time I order.To make matters worse, I give them my name and sit down across from the pickup counter to wait They tell me they will call me when my order arrives. I wait and wait and wait. Finally I get back up in the pick up Order line and what do you know, my food is ready and has been sitting up there for 20 minutes! Today I go to get my favorite because I could not eat for 2 days because of a medical procedure. I order cash you chicken. The chicken is dry and tastes like I am eating the crispy boney part of a chicken wing. There is very little of the Oriental sauce to hide the overcooked chicken. Very disappointed to say the least! Hate to see this restaurant has slid so far downhill!

I'm sorry to say that the service was slow at cheesecake factory. I ordered a turkey burger and got a burnt hamburger. Also, we were a party of two and crammed right next to two other couples on either side of us. It felt like we were sitting at the same table with them.

I am so disgusted in the cake I just brought from the cheesecake shop I paid $50 for the cake but I had to pay another $20 for the edible picture and when we cut into the picture it had plastic still on it because they couldn't apparently put it on themselves because it was wrecking the picture. It was just slapped on the cake and looks like an amateur made it and for the price I am so upset. I told the people in the store thus and they couldn't of cared less. I have put pictures here so you can see how unprofessional this cake is.

I had my first Cheesecake Factory experience last January and absolutely loved it. In fact loved it so much I had to stop again the next day. And every time since then has been the same. Great food and great service. These were all in Phoenix. Last week while in Utah I ordered to go. Not my first time getting take out from them so I knew the procedure. Unfortunately I waited about 10 minutes past the estimated time and should have made sure they included everything before I left. One of the 3 entrees ordered was missing and there was no bread at all. When I called to ask about it they were nice enough. They had 3 options to fix it and since I was still hungry I chose to pick up the food and a free piece of cheesecake. Not a huge problem but they still only gave us one sleeve of bread.
