I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a giftcard online. It was stolen. Cheesecake factory said sorry won’t do anything about it. Screwed a soldier out of dinner. They must be so proud of themselves. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I will never ever go there again.

Terrible service by the crew in Bellevue today. After waiting over a half hour for appetizers with only a few people in the restaurant, I finally asked someone to check on our food. We were then served all of our items at once, cold with our server telling us we didn't have to wait that long. That will by my last Cheesecake experience.

I made a reservation online through the Cheesecake Factory website several days in advance as we were going to be celebrating a birthday. I specifically called the restaurant to confirm that there would be no issues if more people were added to our party than what the reservation reflected by the time our reservation rolled around and was told this was NOT an issue, all I needed to do was let the host staff now upon our arrival to the restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant to check in I informed the host staff that we did have two additional people in our party and I was told by Jordan, a front-of-house member of management, that our reservation would not be honored because we had more people than what our reservation showed. I recounted to Jordan the telephone conversation I had at the time I made my reservation and she still refused to accommodate our reservation. She told me our wait would be approximately two hours because there was another large party waiting to be sat. We pleaded with her to honor the information that I had been given and she still was unwilling to work with us. She very clearly demonstrated that customer service is not her priority nor Cheesecake Factory’s priority as she was more focused on telling us that she was going to reprimand the person I spoke with on the phone than trying to make our situation right.

The spice tuna appetizer was disgusting when I tried it . Does not even compare to a sushi restaurant dish plus when looking at it it looked gross.

We had a reservation at the Clackamas Town center Cheesecake Factory set at noon. We were meeting our son and his girlfriend for my Wife's birthday. We arrived 15 minutes early, just to wait until 12:21 to be seated. Once we were seated we waited almost an hour for our food to arrive. Waitress and manager came by apologizing for the wait- and the waitress did all she could to keep the bread and drinks full. Once our food arrived(I ordered the Lemon Chicken-My wife ordered a salad)we both thought it was very bland(very little flavor). This is the second time in a row that we've been there and the food was very slow coming. I don't like giving negative reviews- but the meal was $140.00 for 4 people and we ended up going out for more food. What should have been a special moment- was downgraded by the untimely service by the kitchen. Just thought that You would want to know.

Ordered a simple mushroom, spinach, bacon and cheese omelette. It was the worse omelette I have ever had. No seasoning loads of unseasoned spinach, not sure what happened to the cheese and mushrooms & bacon? Eggs no words, how do you mess up eggs? Anyway at those prices I will not be back.

My family of 3 went to the Carlsbad location for lunch yesterday and it was a terrible experience. Our server was on break, so someone else was filling in. Great. Fine, no worries. Our temp server was actually great. We ordered drinks and an appetizer and then placed our food order with her. Our nachos were fine, no issues. Then the wait began. We waited about 40 mins for a salad with no meat, kids quesadilla and a burrito. At one point I wanted to see if they could expedite our 3 year olds meal since he was getting restless, but our server was nowhere to be found. When our food was finally dropped of, it was subpar to put it mildly. I wanted to ask about getting a replacement for my salad but our server never returned until it was time to drop off the check. No inquiry on how the food was. Zero. When the check was dropped and I said I did not want a box for my very obviously full plate of untouched food, there was still no inquiry. When I saw the $82 bill for an incredibly frustrating experience, I asked to talk to a manager. She was dismissive and also never asked what was wrong with the food. She removed the kids meal from our bill for some reason, but it was a poor substitute for actual customer service. I left feeling angry and frustrated and will not be returning.

Booked a table for my wife’s 40th, (natick MA)got there, the place was like an airport with crowds of people, checked in with waiter and was advised to wait for a text, waited 30 mins in the cluster of people, gave up and left , never received the text - dreadful service.
