We’re truly sorry that the bus breakdown disrupted your plans and inconvenienced you and your group. When we learned the bus was irreparable, we tried to contact you. As no replacement buses were available, we issued a full refund. We understand how frustrating this last-minute cancellation was, and we apologize for letting you down. We take feedback like yours seriously and are reviewing how we handled the situation so we can improve our communication and response. We’re also taking steps to help prevent this from happening again. Team Charterly - Ray
