It does not exist, there's no feedback after applying either. They take your money and disappear into the thin air! Don't apply for it if you don't want to pay for literally nothing. I'm shocked that this is allowed to exist in the EU. I will focus on this further and contact local legislative offices.

SCAMMMM!!! Beware! It is not only very odd but already a red flag that the so-called "Centre for Diplomatic Advancement" asks for money in order to apply for a scholarship to attend their "events". If maybe you are from the U.S, you may think that it is normal to have an application fee, but the 20 USD that they make you pay, go to a completely unrelated company! Do not pay them anything, they are not legit! Do not fall for this SCAM!

DO NOT APPLY NEITHER TO Centre for Diplomatic Advancement (CDA) NOR Headway Institute of Strategic Alliance (HISA). THEY ARE THE SAME SCAM, LITERALLY THE SAME. THEY NEVER GIVE FULLY FUNDED SCHOLARSHIPS. THEY BOTH HAVE THE SAME PROFILE EVENT PHOTOS (which also are edited and not real). They do make the meetings but only for self-funded participants, and actually most of them say that the event was like hanging out with a bunch of people, there are no authorities, no organized content, no value. Most of the self-funded applicants say that the content was poor and there was not any kind of organization. For partial funded delegates, it is also a huge scam, you won´t recieved a penny until u arrive, and then they will tell you that won´t pay for your flights or an inconvience will occur and u will end paying them more money. If you take a look on the event they have had, something feels off and weird, the quality of everything is soo poor, it´s a whole staged "event". I aplied to HISA in 2024 and the procces I had was the same that everyone has, first you are shortlisted and then they ask for a lot of personal data. Also, never send them the video they ask for, they only want your data, your image and your voice. They are always extending their deadlines so more people can pay more fees. Also, note that when you are trying to pay, there is a warning that it is a dangerous page, actually, their owners are from Pakistan and the same people always appear in the photos. HISA AND CDA ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER SEEN.
