HUGE SCAM! If you're looking for fully-funded scholarships, stay away from this organization. They do NOT provide them. Just check their website—there’s absolutely no real evidence that they have ever funded anyone. No videos, no testimonials, nothing. They make money off applicants and only bring together self-funded participants while lying about having fully funded ones. The truth is, those participants don’t exist. Don't fall for their scam!

Be aware! After they ask you the 20-dollar fee to participate, they send you an email saying that you have been shortlisted. After that, you access a Google form where they ask you for tons of data, including your passport number and a picture of it. They also ask for a "professional picture" of you and they ask you to record a video on a blank background: they want all your data and both your face and voice.

This is an essential part of the shortlisting process, allowing the evaluation committee to better understand your profile. The “Professional Picture” is necessary for us to publish the results and share them with both our audience and other applicants. Please be assured that all personal data will be kept confidential and handled in full compliance with GDPR regulations.

It's a fake organization by the name of "Center for Diplomatic Advancement", they have another fake brand name "Headway institute of Strategic Alliance" running the same fake $16 scholarship scheme. Beware!
