Never received package I had a po box on my shipping address and got an email from customer service that they can't deliver to Po box, I corrected the address to my home. That was 2 weeks ago, still no package. I emailed and called customer service to get an update on where this is. I have not gotten any reply. Update, received package and couldn't be more happy with the statue.

Andrew, we are sorry for the inconvenience. We take full responsibility over any issues related to the delivery off our products. According to our records your catrina was delivered once we had an address different than the PO Box. We appreciate your support and feedback.

My Catrina is beautiful! It was so well packaged. It even had instructions on how to unpack it. I filled 5 grocery bags with peanuts and there was lots of bubble wrap. The shipping was quicker than expected and I highly recommend them. My only criticism was that when I was searching for more information, it appears that they have a shop at the address shown online. Their website shows it as a physical location. I tried calling and got no answer, so my husband and I went there. Only to find it’s a Realtors office. I was very disappointed but I ordered online. Someone needs to delete that information.

Absolutely love this shop! These are the most beautiful Catrine’s and Catrina’s I’ve seen. I have purchased 6 times already. Beautiful collections! I’m hoping they add a new variety of collector skulls as well to their collection soon!
