The item ordered was broken. I contacted customer service & they remedied the problem. Very happy with there there response. Also, high marks for Miryam Rojano for her professionalism & for being so courteous! Thank you

The item , it's quality, value and security with which it was packaged for shipment deserve 5 stars. In the future, however, I will give the Shop a full month to ship because it did take almost 3 weeks to be placed in the mail, plus another in transit from Mexico. In a nutshell I will happily purchase from the Shop in the future!

I am so happy with my order from the catrina shop! There was a little hiccup though. I purchased expedited shipping and unfortunately it was shipped standard. It didn’t get here by Xmas which I was hoping for but that’s ok! I reached out to customer service and Miryam was more than helpful. She apologized for the error and refunded me for the shipping. Things happen! When the catrina did arrive, she was gorgeous. My mom loves her so much. Will definitely purchase from here in the future !
