I actually sent you a quote on September 16, 2025 at 11:08 AM Eastern. Unfortunately, that's where our communication ended. Since you didn't submit your phone number we had no way to follow up regarding your inquiry. It would appear you ordered your carport from a different company (no hard feelings!). While we always welcome feedback from our customers, whether it's positive or negative, in this case, it seems you've got us mixed up with a different company. However, it appears that after placing your order, you may have been directed to our order processing department for additional questions. Unfortunately, they don't have the same technical knowledge as our sales team. You've identified an important gap in our process that we'll address to ensure all customers know that technical questions and design inquiries should go directly to their assigned sales representative, not order processing.
