Terrible
Check engine light came on two weeks after I got the vehicle. Took it back so they can fix it and they put the wrong part on my truck. Still have not fixed the problem. Then they tell you that you can get free oil change I went to the location they sent me to and they said that they do not do business with car champs. I called over 30 times and no one ever picks up the phone. Only thing I can say good about them is they give you a free AAA membership. I will be returning my truck too many issues with the truck and the company

Hello Ardonna, I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with our vehicle. Unfortunately when it comes to used vehicles, even after being checked, some issues may surface without us knowing. This is the reason why we have 30-day and 1-year warranty, just in case if the vehicle has any issues. All of our deals come with free oil changes through out the term of the lease.
