I have placed many orders and was very satisfied with the quality of the goods, the delivery and the condition they arrived in. Just placed another one. Many of our friends that I referred to the Brotbox thanked me. Some even used the Brotbox goodies as take-home loot at adult and family get togethers and they were favorably received.

I love ordering from The Brot Box! The ordering process is easy and the breads have always arrived timely and well packed. I also really appreciate how good the breads taste. Being German, I am picky with my bread and The Brot Box helps me feel a little bit more at home in the States. I am so happy this store exists.

Fast delivery, items come well packaged, and they are so easy to bake. They taste like I’ve worked hard all day making bread. The taste, texture, and denseness is perfect. I’m super impressed with the quality of their bread. I will be ordering again.

Resubmitted my review which changed from a one star to a five star, and my commitment to continue to order from the Brot Box. After issues with an order, and numerous emails, Cem from the Brot Box made things right. Thank you, Dr. Michael Rodis (Retired) Athens, AL

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused. You’re absolutely right — the free item shown in your order should have been included. Unfortunately, that specific bread was out of stock at the time, and it was our responsibility to clearly communicate this and offer a proper solution upfront. Doing the right thing matters deeply to us as well, and we regret that our actions didn’t reflect that. We understand why this experience was disappointing I would really appreciate the opportunity to make this right directly. Please feel free to reach out to us personally ([email protected]) so we can make things right and find the best solution for you. Best regards, Cem

I don't know why there are a couple of such negative reviews, but our experience with Brotbox has been nothing but terrific. The bread always arrives in top quality condition. Sometimes the dry ice is in fact fully evaporated, but never has the bread been un-fresh and certainly never moldy. We love the Bürli Brot, Brötchen, Potato Carrot Rolls, “Andalúz” Bread (made again just today), and we can't wait to try the new walnut fig bread. I highly recommend trying Brotbox.
