This is a scam site. Purchased a wine listed as in stock, received a notification from SHOP, but no actual email or invoice from the vendor. Waited some days, called the customer service line it rang and went to an individual cell phone voicemail(!) Filed a dispute with Visa, then eventually heard from the merchant claiming item was out of stock. Claimed that item would be in stock a week later. I asked for a full refund, was told that no refund could be given while the dispute was open. I said well then go ahead and ship the item next week when you have it in stock.Merchant claimed that they could not ship the product while the dispute was open (even though actually shipping the product would cure the dispute). Pressured me to close the dispute, which I of course refused. Eventually my bank told me that the merchant claimed that they had shipped the product, notwithstanding the above, I pointed out that I had received no notice of shipping from SHOP, and pointed out to my bank that they're assertion of shipping came with no corroboration, no tracking details, just the empty claim that they had shipped it. Dispute quickly settled in my favor thereafter. Again, a complete scam, avoid it all costs
