I am completely new to blogging and have serious issues with the technicalities. But blogpress is always there to help . I would have given up if it was not for their prompt help and cooperation. Thank you.

Jennifer at theblogpress did her utmost to help me with the issues I have had going on with my blog. She did so, in a professional, and courteous way. It is fabulous to have good customer service like that.

Overall their interface is relatively easy to use, even for a beginner. I was able to get my site up and looking halfway decent in less than a day. You have access to a lot of different themes allowing you to customize your blog and make it look professional. The company also gives you a "plan" to help keep you on task. What they say is true - if you don't give up you have a much higher chance of success. In terms of their support... I had some problems initially. Felt like a robot was responding to me. But as time went on they started addressing my concerns. However, their main selling point is their course material and support system. Most of their videos are short and don't help very much. Found myself on YouTube quite a bit for extra tutorials.

Hi Mike. Thanks for the candid feedback. If you have time, please open a support ticket and send me a list of videos that would have helped you. I'm considering adding some more "specific" help videos. Thanks! Jennifer

I think BlogPress is great! I've had lots of questions and they have sent me additional video tutorials that have been externally helpful! I would recommend signing up and getting started with them!

Its been almost a month with Blogpress and I am very much impressed with your support and services. I would like you to review the videos once that could have been better for beginners. Explaining the content is fast and need to add more topics such as fixing the logos, updating the screenshots and theme wise explanations.

Hi Alwin. Thank you for the review and the candid feedback. I will make sure that your suggestions get included on my list of ways to make things better. (I completely agree! I love those videos, but they do move fast, so some additional clarification will be better.) I'm wondering if you don't mind answering one more question? I've been pondering a series of 1- minute "how-to" do <X> for things like changing the logo, setting a custom header, changing your site title, etc. Would you find something like that useful? Thanks again! Jennifer
Melanie
I've been blogging for a little over a month now and I've experienced little to no problems. Posting blogs is very easy but I also haven't started to deal with any of the technical stuff yet which I'm hoping BlogPress will take care of for me. There's a large FAQ section that answers a lot of questions...I wish it was a bit easier to talk to someone in real time though instead of being directed to the FAQ section.

I have been unable to get into my photo site for about 4 days. After a few emails, Jennifer responded and has been looking into the reason why it states I am not authorized to post on the "admin" site. The problem seems to have been resolved.
