Trustpilot runs a classic mafia protection scheme whereby they will allow defamation against you, and all you need to do to get rid of it is to pay them ("Upgrade now!"). They want you to pay them to protect you from -- them. "That's a nice reputation you got there... it'd be a shame if something happened to it." Hi David, We are always sad to see a customer has had a bad experience with Trustpilot is a scam. The store has since come under new ownership, and as the new owners, we have tried our best to make sure the new store fixes all of the old problems. We have since improved our shipping methods to make sure delivery is much faster and the manufacturers we have on our store have all been independently verified and tested by us. Although your experience with Trustpilot is a scam was with the old owner (Pre December 2017), we would love to help compensate you for your troubles and hopefully win you back as a loyal customer. If you could contact us, we will do all we can to help fix your trust in our store and make sure you have the very best experience with us! All the best, The Trustpilot is a scam Team P.S.
