I wanted to freaking congratulate you and express my thankfulness. This is another level of coming through. I was expecting an envelope with the watch and I got the full red carpet treatment down to the box, warranty cards, excellent presentation and even thelittle screwdriver to size the bracelet. You, sir, are the man! Thanks! PS: This is a real review, I’m not kidding, buy with confidence and you will not be sorry, guaranteed!!

The most important part of this review is the customer service I received. Emma texted me when I ordered the watch, sent me a picture of the watch, and told me when it was getting to me. I received it and it looks really nice, as expected. However, the watch band broke while I was putting it on. Texted Emma and she arranged a replacement. Took a while for it to get to me but I got it. Excellent customer service. Watch keeps great time and looks great.
