I placed an order with the promise of deliver in max 10 days. It never arrived. For the last 20 days the tracking says that is in the hands of USPS. They do not recognize the order. The phone number listed simply goes to dark: no answer, no message: just dark. The email listed for customer service returns as non-existent. How can I trust again Trustpilot when you are covering for this GHOST scam company?

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and concern this situation has caused. We completely understand why you feel disappointed, especially after the delivery took longer than expected. Your original package was held by customs, so we have already arranged to send you a new replacement package. We sincerely apologize for keeping you waiting so long. We have also responded to your SMS messages and emails. Please rest assured that if there is any issue with your order, we will take 100% responsibility and do our best to resolve it for you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Sophia is an OUTSTANDING customer relations representative! She contacted me with initial info about my first shipment of 2 watches and kept me informed with pictures and shipment status. She also provided a discount code that I used to purchase a third watch, because I was so pleased with my original purchase and the customer service I received from Sophia. I am pleased to provide my positive feedback and total satisfaction regarding my watch purchases. I think she does a superior job!

Sophia made the entire buying process wonderful. She was attentive, informative, courteous and helpful. I bought two watches and when one of the watches became defective she provided great customer service by offering to send a new watch and when that arrives she will instruct me on what to do with the defective watch. The appearance and movement is spot on for Rolex. Very pleased with the company and customer service.
