Good communication

They were very helpful quick in response time as well.

Customer service is a dying breed, but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the level of professionalism when answering my emails. The responses were fast, kind, and thorough, which made navigating my issue very easy. Great job by this team!

They were very helpful, polite, and quick to respond.

Great product and excellent customer service and communication.

Bread club showed great customer service and professionalism when there was an issue with my shipping address. They quickly contacted me after their system detected a problem and asked for clarification instead of shipping it incorrectly. Once I provided the correct address, they updated it right away and continued processing the order. I appreciated how clear and organized their communication was. They explained the issue, showed the address they had on file, and gave simple instructions on how to fix it. This made the situation easy and stress-free. Overall, Beard clubhandled the situation well and showed they care about getting orders delivered correctly. I feel confident ordering from them knowing they double-check details and communicate clearly with their customers

Helped me even when it didn't help them!

Greatly appreciate the efforts to fixing containers issues! Love the quick responses
