Very responsive and helpful customer service!

So I became a member back in 2020-2021 and I was in the hunt for the best trimmer for my beard, I had bout a few different brands from stores and the always pull and scratch, soon as it arrived I was amazed at how smooth the trimmer cuts and the battery life is amazing. And if I could give more than 5 I would, because here it is 2026 and I had to move and I reached out to them about an issue and they responded back within a day and was so helpful. I recommend to everyone.

My husband started using these products and his beard looks amazing! No more flakes and his beard is so soft and the fullest I have ever seen it. Absolutely love the products.

Would not refund a subscription I did not sign up for. I had to cancel every individual item from their “beard growth kit” They lie you in with discount and then you’re signed up for subscriptions that cost 50% more than the original purchase price. AND THE PRODUCTS DONT WORK of course you’ll see growth if you stop shaving. There’s better smelling cheaper alternatives that don’t rope you in with subscriptions

I had an issue with a gift subscription. The team at The Beard Club who helped me was fantastic! They responded quickly, provided options for a solution and then implemented the solution. My gift recipient loves all of the products he has received from the Beard Club. Overall, we are very happy!

They took care of my issue immediately. Answered my email at like 1 in the morning. They were very kind and courteous as well.
